This confident red blend treats the nose to prune, blackcurrant and cherry aromas, with just a hint of spice. Smooth and full-bodied in the mouth, it shows juicy flavours of further prune and blackcurrant alongside rounded tannins and delicate oaking. The Baronne makes a welcome partner to a vast range of foods, including coq au vin, pastas, pizza, game, mature cheese, red meat steaks and roast lamb.
