Half Hitch Gin is lovingly crafted in Camden Lock, the historic heart of gin distilling in London. Born out of a vision to unearth and reinvigorate Camden Lock’s former gin glory, Half Hitch Gin has a unique choice of botanicals and innovative production techniques that create a gin that stands alone in appearance and taste.
Half Hitch Gin takes a base gin from the Langley distillery in Birmingham and infuses it with a distinctive blend of tinctures and distillates. It then uniquely uses a blend of Malawian Black Tea and Calabrian Bergamot as the signature botanicals alongside wood, pepper and a vacuum distillate of hay.

Description
The unique combination of ingredients and production processes, particularly the use of tinctures, gives HALF HITCH its distinctive colour and taste. On the nose you will discover lifting and aromatic notes of light citrus followed by spicy, fresh cracked pepper and juniper berry. On the palate, note tones of sweet orange, nutmeg and rich black tea before a long finish with lingering touches of cinnamon and fresh lemon zest.
